In the case study, it was noted that the navigation menu of the Akwa Ibom State website is overwhelming and difficult to navigate. To improve the user experience, a more intuitive and streamlined navigation menu was suggested, which would prioritize commonly accessed pages and services and be visually appealing with clear labels and icons. This would make it easier for users to find the information and services they need, resulting in a more positive user experience and enhancing the state government's online presence.

However, the User Interface do not outline an ideal guide to adequate understanding and therefore reflects a poor review from users on mobile app stores. I came up with a solution that will improve user experience on the app.
